Tony goes back home more wiser than before. Charlie moved around for a few months always ending up back at the Bunker. James settled into this new way of life hunting monsters and starting to feel like he found some purpose in his life. Sam and Dean's life get increasingly more difficult as the mess with the Demon and Angel tablets comes to a head.
