{Nocturnal Octonauts} AU

Context : The year is 1982, World War III had just finished two years ago and all nations are living through a wretched cold war. To raise against the tides, Founding Farmers of International Security developed a nuclear, war resistant ship to protect its inhabitants and to later fund scientific research on ocean findings. However, the International Beacon of Ocean Conservation will take its precious time to unravel its lore.

What is FFIS and IBOC? How did the Octonauts came to be? What was the original war from? What was the ship originally made for? What are the Octonauts' deep pasts? And what creatures await for them in the dark?
