This is a story with some elements from LitRPGs and GameLits. As a Wykin, you can see the hidden living runes that act as organic biological coding for the universe. As such, you're supernaturally augmented vision powered by symbols from the occult allows you to see the results of your actions as "Consequences." This story will continue to develop and change multiple times throughout its lifetime. I hope to create an interactive novel involving some mechanics borrowed from card games that entertain readers without feeling forced or convoluted. Expect a lot of spelling errors, plot holes, terrible dialogue, poor characters, etc.
I plan on posting as soon as I'm done writing each chapter. Eventually, I will edit this draft into a second draft, then a third, and so forth until I'm satisfied with it. Hopefully, all of the spelling errors and grammar problems will be ironed out along with the characters, setting, rules, etc.
Consider this an "Early Access" but with no gameplay until I get to my second draft. Whenever that comes out...

I sighed heavily as I scanned the forest. I had heard something or someone to be specific, wandering about. I decided I would leave once I affirmed they weren't a danger. "What are you doing in my land, human?" A deep enchanting voice spoke I sighed once again "I'm not human, just smell like one" I spoke as I turned around to see the most stunning man I have ever seen "Mate" he spoke "Find another female, Lycan" I spat He only growled at me in response. Men. My brother was the same way. It's kinda funny how all, correction, most shifter men think alike. I would've thought he would be different, after all, he is Lycan. Something of myths. But then again, so are the supernatural. I turned away from him, not even looking at him. I didn't want to remember what he looked like so I didn't give him a second glance. I heard him move closer. I quickly grabbed the knife out of my holster and threw it at a tree next to him. He stops moving then. "Heed my warning. It's the only one you'll get" I spoke coldly "I will find you. Then you will have no escape from me" he spoke as he backed away I could understand. Lycans, like lion-shifters, were going extinct. Therefore mates were even more important to them. But, even if I understood I still didn't want to be someone's mate. Now, thanks to a hacking mishap, I'm a regular girl in reality-with a debt and an attitude-navigating Rimelion, the VR game I once mastered, as Charlie, an elven priestess with more than a few tricks up her sleeve. Seriously though, fighting in high heels? Will I claw my way up the nobility ladder? Dominate the rankings? Outwit the government and their plans to exploit us all? Maybe. But something's off. The game feels too real. My memories don't line up, and everyone has their own version of what's true. Simulation? Reality? The lines are a blur-and I'm stuck in the middle. Code Vein Fanfic (SI)
A classic story of someone dying and waking up in a video game/anime in place of the Protagonist. However, will game knowledge really hold up when such a game becomes a new reality? See how our protagonist tries to secure a future where he can enjoy his new nigh immortality and get a happy ending. Let's see how this new reality puts him at his wit's end! By the way. I've seen how people write the FF here with the whole Male Reader X SumCharacter/Franchise or just Female Reader plainly. I tried to write this as Male Reader with the whole (Y/N) and all that jazz but my brain kinda short-circuited (is that even a word?) and just decided to write this as a Novel. So I made it SI (Self Insert or mostly 1st POV) I don't own Code Vein. Please don't sue me!
My Hybrid Troubles
*This is Purely fantasy* I'm Rose. I am 50% witch, about 25% vampire and about 25% she-wolf (Werewolf). My father IS half warlock and half vampire. My mother WAS half witch and half she-wolf (werewolf). I had two older siblings but they passed away on their sixteenth birthdays. One of them was my brother, I never really knew him, I was in our mother's womb at the time. He died after he shifted his first time because he was never told about his genes and what they meant (he died from shock). The other one was my sister, I kind of got to know her, but when she passed I was only 6. She also died after her first shift, but not because she was clueless. She had been told TOO much about her genes and what they meant. When she shifted, she tried to stop it because she was scared of her wolf. After my sister passed so did my mother, she was severely depressed and couldn't take the thought of me leaving her too early. Before she died, she told my father everything about herself and her werewolf roots. She only survived until my dad knew everything, it seemed like that was all that mattered, like she knew she was going to die. I have been taught the ways of my ancestors, werewolf, vampire and witch, slowly so I can absorb it all properly. ------------------------- This story is about me, a young girl, with a lot of issues. I always am treated like trash by my rude human stepmother. Around my father, she's completely innocent but when he isn't, hell just about breaks loose. When I turn sixteen I will leave my father and house to move in with either the vampire lord or the werewolf's alpha. What happens when I have two possible mates?
