The Council makes a deal with the fabled God Dream for his assistance in defeating his tyrant God twin, Nightmare. However, Dream will not help them for free; he locks eyes with Cross, and decides he wants him in exchange for the war victory. It's an easy decision, is it not?

There's just one problem with this arrangement: Cross is a spy, sent by Nightmare himself. And Nightmare is absolutely unforgiving of traitors. But he cannot offend Dream, for he too is an Immortal. 
(Cross forgets, however, that he himself is mortal.)

Easy, all because of Alpha and Delta, the two controlling their strings, Alpha gives orders to the lights, such as Dream and Ink, while Delta gives orders to the darks, such as Error and Nightmare, both hating their opponents' side with despise. But both share a trait, they each love their assigned Gods with their fullest, even if they act harsh, they show care and affection, they are known for their appearances, both as a spirit-like element, although having no facial appearances, both are different with their lights and color, Alpha is known to have a yellow glow, and Delta is known to have a black grieving glow, usually just voices to minds though. __________________________ Warning: cussing, and touches of angst

(This is the first book I've ever written so the start is probably sucky and has spelling mistakes) I haven't updated this in like a year, planning on rereading this and seeing where tf I might've been taking this. ⚠Needs editing⚠ Error and Ink may be enemy's, and polar opposites, but they are both more alike than they think. I remember people saying that Blueberry and Swap aren't the same person. But they're actually two different versions of the same character from Swaptale. So initially interpret my Swap sans as whichever design as you want. But the personality is supposed to be of swaps design. I'm just calling him blue. !! Nightmare likes to stay in his non corrupt form, it attracts too much attention for obvious reasons.
