The Council makes a deal with the fabled God Dream for his assistance in defeating his tyrant God twin, Nightmare. However, Dream will not help them for free; he locks eyes with Cross, and decides he wants him in exchange for the war victory. It's an easy decision, is it not?
There's just one problem with this arrangement: Cross is a spy, sent by Nightmare himself. And Nightmare is absolutely unforgiving of traitors. But he cannot offend Dream, for he too is an Immortal.
(Cross forgets, however, that he himself is mortal.)

In the beginning Error was always a girl. Error had liked wearing dresses and such, Though she was not able to do such often. So she wore one as a one time thing in Outertale, and whoops, Ink saw. Ink teased her about it and they had became friends leading to Error telling him the whole truth. They end up getting together, and something happens. Honestly, no one really liked the idea, especially the Bad Sanses, including Ink's enemy, Error. Prince Nightmare is one of the AUs that must repeat these years of treachery. He basically only finished his actual highschool, and is NOT looking forward to having to do it again. Luckily his brother, Prince Dream, will be coming along the journey beside him. But Nightmare and Dream Are polar opposites, so Nightmare can't really get along with his brother's friends, nor Dream get along with Nightmare's, if he had any. With rules to follow and secrets to keep, Nightmare must go through highschool and not let slip the terrible things that happen at home. But then suddenly the two princes disappear. There's no trace as to who might've taken them, either. The only one that doesn't seem concerned is their own father, the king. King Sun-Beam. What is he hiding underneath all of those jewels and fake smiles? A/N: There is lemon/smut. So all you innocent people out there-- don't worry! While it says Discontinued there's a small bit of hope I actually might keep going- Ink looked at the skeletons before him, wincing at the cold looks they were giving him. Cross and a Killer could be heard arguing from near the portal that led back to their gangs hideout while the other 3 hadn't taken their gaze off the nervous Creator No turning back now Ink thought, taking a deep breath before following after them to Nightmares castle. He can't show how nervous he was, or else they might pick on him. He wanted to be strong, but knew almost nothing about the 5 sanses, actually, wait, sorry 4 sanses, he knew error well. Still though, without Nightmare Ink had to take over for him as leader, first, he had to prove himself ----------------------------------------------------------------- Nightmare groaned again as Blue kept pestering him to try one of his foods and peppering him with questions, eventually he wondered if he was capable of shutting up. In this story Cross and Ink are brothers and princes the kingdom was happy everything was fine so what could go wrong ? Well... Ever since the brothers were young their parents were very cold and strict, they planned on making Ink the next ruler of the kingdom because as they claimed he was "more serious, logical" But the real reason behind their choice was he was very easy to manipulate due to past experiences. cross on the other side was mostly neglected by their parents since they focused on his brother but he never really cared. Although when he heard a conversation between their parents about their "project"... He couldn't accept it. He would not let this happen. Dust's fiance is Blueberry Cross's husband(/wife) is Dream Nightmares boyfriend is Killer Horrors boyfriend is Lust Errors husband(/wife) is Ink Samuel, Scrooge, and Dark are Nightmare and Killers kids Lurro, Tacky, Desire, and Luxath are Horror and Lusts kids Nightmare, killer, Lust, Horror and the kids all live in Nightmares mansion in Dreamtale. Dust and Cross used to live here until they moved in with their boyfriends. Error live here for less than a week befor he decided that he preferred to do his evil business alone. Now all the bad Sans's(including error) are retired and living the rest of their lives with the ones they love.... That doesn't mean that they're nice or good or non murderous. It just means they're not looking for trouble any more. It tends to come to them. But boardom is their worst enemy now. Nightmare likes to stay in his non corrupt form, it attracts too much attention for obvious reasons.Complete
