Hirari is a young air nomad training to be a Spirit Expert, and honestly what wasn't there to love about it?
She can see and play with spirits that are usually hidden from anyone else. Honestly it felt like she was in a major secret club with all the attention she got for it. And like sure- there were some down sides, like having little to no time playing or visiting her friends from other temples, and the intense pressure to live up to previous great spiritual leaders. But hey at least she won't be by herself doing it she until she's waaay older.
At least... she was supposed to. But no one expected the fire nation to attack them.
Except the spirits did.
One of them saved her from being killed. Are there other survivors? She isn't the only one right?

(zuko x oc) Born in the Western Temple, Nara got her tattoos at 11 years old, becoming the youngest person to ever be a master in Air Nomad history. Born with a true talent, the Southern Temple noticed her abilities. They had an "important" student on their hands, and now that this student's master was getting too old and frail to continue his lessons, they requested she taught the kid instead. She moved from home at 14 years old to live at the Southern Temple, and train the avatar himself. Life was great, she loved her student and enjoyed watching him grow. But after a certain threat, Aang ran away, and Nara followed him not knowing how history would play out for her and the young avatar. When she wakes up after 100 years, she's absolutely devastated by the loss of her family, and this new world of war to navigate. She meets two Water Tribe siblings, who join her and Aang's journey to master the elements and end whatever the Fire Nation started. Hale was a sixteen year old living on her own in the woods outside of where the Air Nomads used to be. When she was ten she ran from her home of the earth kingdom seeking adventure. Already mastering earth bending, she would teach herself Air bending from the monks in the Air temple when they taught classes. She mastered it at twelve and then picked up lightning bending. Although she couldn't be taught by a teacher, she focused her own spirit and was able to master it at the age of fifteen. She is known as the "White Assassin" because she takes the lives of evil people who take from the innocent, and does it in all white clothing. However, when she's out on the job and meets the last known air bender, how will she react? -- I do not own Avatar: The Last Airbender, I only own Hale and her role in the story. *Warning* Mild Language! I am only using the characters, setting and events from the show. I am mix matching it to make it my own in a way but not plagiarizing it. For example, the air nomads were wiped out hundreds of years before the discovery of the avatar in the show (if I'm wrong I apologize I haven't seen the show in quite a while). I'm placing the plot where Hale learned from them for years and then they were wiped out. Without changing a lot, I moved the avatar's awakening to earlier which is how and why Aang and Hale actually meet. I'm sorry if this is confusing for some people but I felt like I had to explain.
