Things may be a little more than they seem.
A shirt can be a very deep sadness and a broken cup, the last memory of a love.
A lot goes on before our eyes every day and for our own health, and we better not to get too attached to the unfolding of this flood of thoughts. Unfortunately, I can't help it. That soap will always remind me of my father's old farm and consequently the failed cycles that we forced ourselves to sustain for years due to unfortunate social convention. There are too many layers in the forgotten towel in the wardrobe, or in the burn of my tongue from the hot tea.
And this all only occurs to me when I shower at the end of the day.
