Thomas's twin sister, Kendra did something to make WCKD mad, and was thrown into the maze. While in there for two years, she forms close bonds and friendships with the boys there. Yet, when the new greenie of the month comes up in the box, she begins to have flashbacks. Unsure of why this new arrival is bringing up so many memories, she stops at nothing to find an answer, which means finding a way out of the maze. 

Minho has always had a simple task. Run in and out of the maze. Find a way out. But when a new arrival comes up and suddenly is creating all sorts of chaos, his task becomes a lot less simple. Normally, him and Kendra stick on a path together but with Thomas in the mix, Minho is unsure of how everything is going to unfold. He can just hope that everyone can get out of the maze safely.
