Sonic and all of his friends all started out as some cell. All different and built with different atoms. Growing in tubes, inspected, and observe for testing. Of course there is no harm to them whatsoever. The scientists take care of them, they all act like family, no harm... and especially no suffering. It may take a bit to finish, but it's still ongoing. One day, Amy asks to go on one of the others's adventures, but when Sonic refuses and she insists, it leads to him snapping on her. After walking out on them, she decides to try to take on one of the badnik infested sectors, since Eggman had started his takeover of Mobius, once again. Eggman had been testing a prototype in the area, to see if it was stronger than his previous failures, when he notices a familiar pink hedgette. After a long fight, he eventually takes her back to his main base, where she is subjected to 4 years of torment and experimentation. (This all takes place on Mobius in an alternate timeline, if they had never went to Earth.) Please keep in mind that I may be slow with posting this, as my irl schedule doesn't usually allow me much time to write or anything, but I will try my best. Sonic goes absolutely insane under the influence of a device causing chaos among his friends including Amy. Second book in: Sonic Running. One child was forced to grow up way too fast, the other was never allowed to be one in the first place. A year after the Freedom Fighters disbanded, Eggman returns with a vengeance. To make matters worse, Cream and Vanilla mysteriously disappear, but they aren't the only ones. On top of that, the Commander of G.U.N seems to be losing a grasp on what really matters and Shadow discovers the military may be more connected to his past than he ever realised. Sonic's saved the world multiple times, with the help of his friends. But protecting the world from harm becomes a whole lot harder to do when the military's against you.
