The seemingly quaint land of Bouvardia is smitten with dirt, and not just the kind present in its wide farming premises. From common thieves to elaborate arsonists and large syndicates operating in the territory's deepest crevices, tons can be unraveled once one attempts to peek beyond the peaceful rural scapes fronting the majorly crop-land province.

The job of keeping its innocent image in tact has always been firm in the hands of an anonymous undercover government organization that utilizes the aforementioned lawbreakers to cleanse Bouvardia of its alternative dirt. To them, the evil and the insane are akin to stars. It is necessary to make use of the dark to view their shine.

One of the Organization's four divisions, particularly, is infamous for daring to polish the strangest and most hazardous of potentials. However, when the rise of rogues began to plague the esteemed North Division, Dominic, its second rank, must scour for the solution that can preserve their reputation and put an end to the growing risk of rebels within their jurisdiction.

With observations from his keen azure eyes and trusted companions kept noted in his records, he began his journey of recruiting and training five teens who fit the criteria required for his solution to succeed.
