Crystal: A 28 year old widow mother of Aidan and Kylie. Has solder lath dirty blond hair with blood red high lights and hazel eyes. She is 5'7" and 260 lbs. She doesn't look fat. She has Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. She loves the outdoors.

Aidan: Crystal's oldest. He is 9 years old. Has blond hair and blue eyes. He loves all things Ninja Turtles. He is vary smart. He is about 5 feet tall. He is from a bad relationship gone wrong, but Crystal loves him just the same.

Kylie: Crystal's youngest. She is 5 years old. She has dirty blond hair and hazel eyes like her mom. She is a vary happy little girl. She is scared of big dogs because they tend to knock her down or jump on her. She loves her dolls and going outside to play. She is also smart.

Kelli: Crystal's BFF. She is 29 when she shows in the story. She has salt and Pepper hair and brown eyes. She is usually Crystal's go to person when she is down. Has a tendency to worry about friends.

Eric: Kelli's boyfriend. He is 29 when he shows up in the story. He has black hair and brown eyes. He is protective of his girl and his friends.
