Zeus, Poseidon, Athena, Apollo, Ares, Aphrodite and Hades all sired half mortal children. But war broke out through the immortals and in the after math, the line of Apollo, Ares, Aphrodite and Hades had all perished. The King of the Immortals, Zeus had feared that one of the offsprings would grow to be as powerful as him and managed to wipe out their bloodlines. In retaliation Hades had cursed Zeus, Poseidon and Athena's bloodline with immortality, a curse where you will die again and again, but will never find a moment of peace. In the 1400's Elizabeth Evelyn Herondale, Princess of the Lycaon pack and the Scion of Athena's bloodline was married to the Original Vampire Niklaus Mikaelson in order to become his weapon and break his werewolf curse but things take a sharp turn when in 1492 the doppelgänger Katerina Petrova escapes the clutches of the Mikealson Family and turns into a vampire. This was the night where the hybrid allegedly died and so 500 years later Evelyn Herondale, now an immortal hybrid is hired by the Salvatore brothers to defeat a monster, only to find out it's her so-called dead husband Klaus Mikaelson, and now Evelyn must fight her growing affections for her husband and strive enough to keep her family safe. --- [All characters belong to LJ Smith & Julie Plec. The Quarter is quiet. Marcellus controls the vampires. The wolves live like outcasts in the Bayou. The Witches have a rocky peace with the vampires. The Mikaelsons raise Hope in their family home. All is peaceful, quiet despite the minor disputes. However the newest Scottish visitors have a long history that they plan on bringing to town. --- "They don't like the idea of new vampires in New Orleans." He reports shamefully, holding his head downwards. The butler seemed as though fearing for his life. I hold the lavender ball gown up to my chest, looking at myself in the floor length mirror. "On the contrary, dear Joseph," I pause, listening as my sweet Scottish accented voice floats around the room in tranquility. I turn to him, my ice eyes resting on him. "We are very, very old vampires." I drop the dress, and the butler looks up in fear. My movements are as fast as a striking snake, tearing out his throat in such a swift movement there's barely any mess. I look into his eyes as he raises his hands to his neck, falling to the ground in a light thump. I walk back and pick up the lavender dress, admiring my smiling reflection in the mirror as the tragically human butler bleeds out onto the expensive Russian rug. --- Some plot lines and moments of the Originals has been altered for this story. Camille is human (alive). Marcel is not a super vamp. However, Hope is seven years old. I only own the events and Characters I design, the rest all belong to the CW and the wonderful writers. Edit:: The Title has been changed from Casket Crowns to Her Majesty The reasoning is that the characters designed in this story are being used in a series of novels that will NOT be fan fictions.
