A Cut Not Deep Enough
So that was the deciding factor. It became my inspiration, my reason for resorting to such seclusion. I had always needed my own space for working, which is why even when I worked in the hospital I never allowed for a nurse or doctor or any other person to be in room, except me and the patient. I am unable to perform my work with prying eyes staring me down and questioning me, questioning my methods and maybe even questioning my humanity. He's one of the youngest and most accomplished surgeon in town. To an outsider, his life would seem perfect. He's young, handsome, successful, rich and hails from one of the most respected families in the country. But life is not always what it seems to be. He has his own set of problems.
