Broken Heart and Silent Pain

A Puerto Rican girl named Melanie Lopez has lost her mom and brother and aunt and cousin in a car crash. Melanie and her dad move to Colorado next to The Walter's where Jackie moves in. Melanie's dad gets sick and has to stay in the hospital Melanie stays home by herself and doesn't really eat until she's at school. Melanie and Cole meet and they change each other for the better and start falling for each other and eventually start dating. Melanie and Jackie are cousins.
