Customer Service

Tianna, 32, works customer service for a nationally recognized cable/internet company at their headquarters in New York. She's born and raised, but has decided she's had enough of city living and begins to think her dream of a house on Long Island one day just isn't far enough away from here.

She goes about life anticipating nothing new until one day a particular voice comes across her line at work, piquing her interest. A voice by the name of Shawn-smooth, sexy and velvety. Shawn's attractive voice stayed stuck on Tianna's mind after the first call. It also doesn't help he keeps calling back. Specifically requesting her. And sounding VERY interested. Before she knows it, this all gets way deeper than she expected.

At the same time Tianna's job is beginning layoffs of quite a few employees on the cable side, her original department, due to so many customers switching to streaming. Being moved to the internet side has her flustered, feeling like she can't keep up, and fearful for her job. And somehow Shawn is still finding his way to her line to request her services, even in a whole new department.

Even though her life has become sudden chaos, she still just can't get Shawn and his buttery voice off her mind and curiosity leads her on a comedic, but romantic adventure.
