Y/n was dealing with a sickness, they'd been coughing up blood and didn't tell anybody as not to worry them.
One dah while out with the neighbors on a picnic, y/n climbed a tree with sally and Julie. They started to cough blood and pass out, hitting their head on the ground from the tree.
That's just the info on wht happened, I'm only going to write on the weekends or in free time. So please don't come after me, I have school and a life to deal with 😅
