After running away from his past, JJ tries to find a fresh start in a new town. Living with his aunt and uncle and starting his senior year in a new high school, he is a fucking nervous wreck. Having severe anxiety and depression doesn't help much either, but he tries to pull through. It isn't until he meets the blonde-haired, blue-eyed boy in his English class, that his world turns upside down... or right-side up.
Noah Carter is finally a senior. His life feels like it's coming together perfectly. He's got the most amazing parents, sister, and best friend, ever. His life couldn't be more perfect. That is until he bumps into the new kid in his grade. With his brown hair and blue eyes, which seem so cold, yet hold so much emotion. Noah is enchanted, to say the least. He decides to be the boy's first friend in hopes of getting to know him better.
Will JJ finally learn that it's okay to let your guard down and trust someone, or will Noah end up screwing him over for good?

He's introverted, shy and as innocent as they come but he's got a dark home life and experiences constant bullying from his peers however, he's in a constant state of denial, eager to people please those around him leading Noah to one day make a mistake that catches the attention of Jay who uses the opportunity to his advantage.
