Tighnari's Daughter followed in his footsteps for moments of her life by becoming a forest watcher to help him with his duties but she was soon distracted one day as she entered Sumeru City to see someone she had never seen before. That someone was known to people as 'Hat Guy' but Nahida told her that his true name was Wanderer. Eversince then, she hasn't been the same about maintaining focus during any of her forest trainer duties given to her by her father.

Mitsuri is the daughter of Tighnari and Cyno, her mother unknown. Mitsuri knew nothing of her mother other than the fact that she died shortly after she had given birth. Whenever she tries to bring it up with Tighnari, he remains silent on the situation or changes subject altogether. Now at the age of 19, Tighnari now worries for his daughter as he watches her slowly develop feelings for Wanderer.
