"Hate me all you want, Tara. it won't change the fact that when you wake up tomorrow, you'll still be wearing my name," his eyes moved with every part he said, "on your neck, your forehead, your finger and even your mind... you know why?"
It was as if he'd ripped open my mind, read deeply through my thoughts and answered, while i stood there unable to move, silent and frightened.
He stepped back and.. laughed, each second his laugh increasing into a series of mocking and confusion.
In a second he stopped and stumped forward gripping my arms so tight in his hold as if any less and i'd run away, i groaned from pain as he pinned me against the wall, "Kyuki mai har uss cheez, har uss insaan aur har ek zanjeeer ko tabah kar dunga joh tumhe mera na btaye. even if it leads for you to despise me. and no.. this is not some petty love confession or obsession.. no, jaan... it's because of revenge, for what your loved ones did to mine. And as long as you have that ring on your finger.. i control you Mrs. Sitara Ranvijay Rao. even if u don't want to.. for as much as I care." and with one rough push, he stepped back as my back slammed against the wall.
I looked at my hand, the ring felt suffocating, the room, this house, his presence felt suffocating ripping every bone from my body from disgust. i felt like ripping off the skin where he had touched me.
I pulled my hand up to take the ring out and throw it at his face but before my hands could even reach up to my face, his words stabbed at my heart, breaking every thought.
"Usse kholne ki koshish bhi mat karna Sitara... Agar apne parivar wale pyaare hai toh."
"W-hat?"
My mind drifted to many questions, his eyes dropped to the ring before locking to mine, "The ring has sensors, Mrs. Ranvijay," he said softly, "The second it leaves your finger, a four hour countdown begins. by the time the clock runs out, everyone you love will learn exactly who Ranvijay Rao is... but it would be too late by then."
