A young girl named Avery, born blind  due to rather unfortunate circumstances, finds herself after a brutal fall due to bullying falling down a manhole and left down in the sewers. But upon her fall she hears a voice singing and fumbles around towards the voice to investigate further when suddenly she's  able to see again clearly-- but only to see a giant spider lunge at her and bite her hand,
