What he didn't expect was to helplessly fall in love with Regulus Black from the moment he first laid eyes on him.
Regulus always resented his brother for leaving as soon as he had the chance, so it only seems fair that Sirius shows up at the Black Manor one day telling him to pack his bags and get the fuck out of there. Away from all of his problems, Regulus can finally start living his life the way he always wanted to: free from pressure and judgment, the same punk rock t-shirt every day and a hot neighbour to flirt with. I made this ages ago and honestly, I don't like it. There are some people who do like it and that's alright but for me, I don't like it. You can read it if you want. Their sixth year did not go as planned, James came out as bi, his friends weren't happy, but James wouldn't forgive them so he made them do something, after being reunited, they decided to prank the Slytherin house and ended up in a prank war between some other Slytherins. Regulus somehow gets involved and after pranking the Marauders, Sirius was pissed, he comes up with an idea that nobody, not even James could've predicted! One prank, a wild year, falling in love with the enemy.
