This is Carly and Carter's story, Carter created for evil, he is the walking talking definition of darkness, the king of darkness to be exact, but thankfully the world seen what they had created and for it they created a mate. Carly. She is the light, the queen of light, born and bread to lead and unite the lycans of the world into a bigger and better future. Well that's ofcourse if they can figure out how to get along. they need each other to survive even if they don't exactly like each other at all times.

I gulp deeply and I want to drop to my knees, to plead that my life is in his hands. Although I gulp and shake my head. "Fine, but I'll be there and I'll be watching!" He whispers in hush tones. I gulp and feel the pain again in my chest. His blue eyes come back to my own and I don't even give him a smirk. He lets go of my jaw and with in a flash I see him leave. The thought in my mind is that my mate is fucking hot and I don't know how long I can deny that for or deny the inseparable connection between us. ---- A/N Just a quick note to say that this book indeed does need heavy editing and as a Co-writer I find this story not in my favour. I closed my eyes ready for my death when I heard a very loud and dangerous growl, I swear I felt the ground under me shook by it.
