Kara Truscov is a girl in a mental hospital, she was sent there because she is too young and dangerous to be in a prison. Her ability to control electricity and many other things is makes her so dangerous. She is greeted by a man names Jason Todd, in which he gave her a proposal of being his ally and help him destroy they Titans. Not knowing that she is getting herself into, she agreed. Now she has dug herself in a deep hole, and realized it a moment too soon. She refuses to ask for help, but it doesn't work. The Titans soon find out her situation, but will they help her?
