Introduction:
The Decree made by Prawata Komnenos, The King of Kreadora, The Grand Shadow of Wisdom, and The Silent Cleaver of death.

"All women aged fourteen to thirty shall be placed into respective areas of need to provide their services to Kreadora, they will use their talents and skills to serve their king and better the world.
All Men ages ten to thirty shall be placed in respective areas of need to provide their services to Kreadora, they will use their talents and skills to serve their king and better the world.
Any person aged thirty one or older will remain as they were until they die. You cannot expect people to change their ways when they've done so well for so many years.
Advisors will test these individuals and place them accordingly, this decree is a new law that will be official immediately. If a woman has children she will be exempt from this law until the child is four, then the child will go to the Blackmere of nurturing until they are old enough to go to their respective places. If anyone fights this law they will be killed on the spot. If a woman is with child she will still go to her respective place until birth where the law still applies.
Men shall not take wives and women shall not take husbands as of this day. The population will be controlled by Blackmere where I, the king, shall decide who is born and who will not be allowed to live based on their viability and use to this world."
