Introduction:
The Decree made by Prawata Komnenos, The King of Kreadora, The Grand Shadow of  Wisdom, and The Silent Cleaver of death.

"All women aged fourteen to thirty shall be placed into respective areas of need to provide their services to Kreadora, they will use their talents and skills to serve their king and better the world. 
All Men ages ten to thirty shall be placed in respective areas of need to provide their services to Kreadora, they will use their talents and skills to serve their king and better the world. 
Any person aged thirty one or older will remain as they were until they die. You cannot expect people to change their ways when they've done so well for so many years.
Advisors will test these individuals and place them accordingly, this decree is a new law that will be official immediately. If a woman has children she will be exempt from this law until the child is four, then the child will go to the Blackmere of nurturing until they are old enough to go to their respective places. If anyone fights this law they will be killed on the spot. If a woman is with child she will still go to her respective place until birth where the law still applies. 
Men shall not take wives and women shall not take husbands as of this day. The population will be controlled by Blackmere where I, the king, shall decide who is born and who will not be allowed to live based on their viability and use to this world."

Unfortunately, some disasters strike up when her mentor is unavailable to attend her as he suddenly goes 'sick'. She soon finds someone, striding through the door claiming that they will help her and teach her how to use this staff. And that someone, isn't someone to be trusted. Marie finds herself tangled up with disasters and broken up portals leading them to their disaster. Now she can only rethink back her life decisions when she realized, she messed up, pretty bad. Well, what a nice way to start ruling your Kingdom Marie.

The Elders will help guide Klever to each destination on his three month journey, acting as hosts of refuge so that Klever can remain hidden away from the witch, Gwyniah, who is in pursuit of the Serum also. If she gets ahold of it, she will have ultimate power and would be indestructible; no living army could defeat her. With king Septimus, an unruly king and traitor, Gwyniah has access to nearly eliminable power. Klever must save his twin from the fate of death, and to do so, he must reach the north before she begins to cross the veil of immortality, for he must drink the Serum of Umelum in tandem if they are to survive. If they die, so does everyone else.

The maid ran to the human world and dropped little Keira in front of a gate. She cast a spell that hid Keira's fairy nature and made her human. She used her powers to make a necklace and wore it on little Keira's neck. The maid disappeared into the necklace waiting for the time...........
