The " Black Snow Circus" is a mystery, to say the least. They seem to appear out of nowhere, and then
vanish just as quickly. It seems like an ordinary circus, but in reality, it's much more than that. They are really the " Clear Water Mafia," the most dangerous and wanted criminal organization in the country. The main "performers" are actually the Top Five, the
strongest and most respected in the mafia.
