Kristoff "Chris" Williams is sent off on a mission to attack Voronezh, Russia, the very same town he grew up in for three years of his life. His plane is shot down and he is taken prisoner in the Russian prison camp of Voronezh. The officer in charge is known fearfully by the prisoners as The Commander, and Kristoff becomes his most favorite victim. The longer he stays, the more he discovers things he wishes he did not know, about the Commander and himself, about human nature. All he wants is to make it back home to his brother John. Alive. (Still working on content past Chapter Four, but you can read it if you want to. It is in order, there are just some holes. I would love it if you tell me what you think of it so far.
