Tanjiro seemed to come slightly out of his concentration of the dance, enough so that with the next turn he took that made his mask swish to the side, he made direct eye contact with Kyojuro and smiled.
Kyojuro momentarily wondered why he was so warm when the night air was so cold around him.

Currently a one-shot, but I am extremely tempted to take this idea and turn it into a long-fic... we'll see how this goes first 😅
