Survival {AU H.S} {ON HOLD}

They called it the flash, no one saw it coming. The whole world a nuclear waste, and the only result was to split up. But with different civilizations comes competition for food and other resources. Most of the new generations don't remember since we were infants. But since the city was too dangerous they shipped us kids to the waste land to rebuild what was destroyed but it caused many to rebel. Now we're separated into two groups. The Rebels and The Skins. But what happens when the city attacks both groups? And what happens when two rivals fall in love?
