Izumi Midoriya, an ordinary child thought to have a weak cat based mutation quirk. Her dream was to be a hero just like everyone else, but her dream was crushed by those around her time and time again. The only solace she had was her only friend, a foriegn boy by the name of Seth Argent. That all changed one fateful day. Despite his amazing quirk, Seth had been overpowered and was about to be killed by a villain. Izumi, refusing to stand by, charged in and in the process, awakened her quirk. Now the two move forward, focused on becoming heroes and facing enemies they didn't even know they had.
