A whole new world, finally discovered, by the shards. It's breathtaking; lush trees, snaking rivers of blue, and a sky so big it could swallow somebody up. Nine almost wished it would.
But being stuck with Shadow, Sonic, and Tails after trying to fix the issue with the paradox prism was quite possibly the worst day of his life. And, as if he wasn't already neck deep in his own problems, the shards have taken even more of a liking to him than even Sonic, ever since he had harnessed their power.
Or: The shards were never complete. They had only been put back together.

Hey-o! Yes, I found myself in a new fandom. ^^ It's been a while, hasn't it? Well, I hope you guys enjoy it! I'm trying to write the characters as originally as possible, so pls forgive me if I get anything wrong. This is following as closely to the ending of Sonic Prime as much as possible, because I haven't watched the ending just yet.

A strange-looking contraption is seen rapidly falling from the sky. Its descent was calculated and precise...until it wasn't. Halfway after entering the green and blue planet's atmosphere, it started burning up, rendering some of its parts unusable. Inside this burning contraption are a bunch of...kids. These kids numbered a hundred, have ages ranging from 12 to 17. And as for why they are all strapped inside this burning 90-year-old dropship heading to the ground...Well, it all started at the end. Ninety-seven years ago, a nuclear apocalypse struck the Earth, leaving the planet simmering in radiation. But of course, the human race was a stubborn one. At the time of the bombs, twelve nations had operational space stations that they used to house survivors. Later, these twelve stations banded up and merged, becoming the one we now know as The Ark. For many years now, The Ark has kept what's left of humanity alive. But about a year ago, an engineer discovered a huge problem in the Ark's system. The Ark's life support systems are failing, and it won't be long before they run out of air and die. Hence, the current situation. These kids are being sent on a desperate mission to see if the ground is survivable again. But why kids though? Won't it be better to have the more capable scientists or guards be the ones to take this risk? The council had a lot of reasons, but the main one being: these kids were expendable, after all, they are criminals. --- This is a The 100 Fanfiction. The MC is a reincarnator. Yeah, I know. Before Y/N started out as a killer disassembly drone, she met a young blue hedgehog who was bullied for his speed and stood up for him. Y/N and the young hedgehog, Sonic, became close friends and met a lot of new ones along the way. When Y/N returns home, she gets turned into a disassembly drone and never got her chance to see Sonic or the rest of their friends. Years later, Y/N and her only friend she can trust, N, meet Uzi and form together against JCJenson. Then, they, along with V, end up in a multiverse adventure in the Shatterverse, while Y/N gets her chance to see an old friend again, who broke an item known as the Paradox Prism. Now Sonic, Y/N, Uzi, N, V and the rest of Sonic and Y/N's friends (they are alive in this story) must travel through the Shatterverse and connect with alternate versions of Sonic and Y/N's friends, fix the Paradox Prism and restore Green Hills. But how will Sonic share his new feelings with Y/N?
