One Lost Shoe

The year is 1857 Philip Stanford has secured himself a fine position in Scotland Yard's homicidal jurisdiction. Seven and ten years in the making this position was yet Stanford could not find any glee. In those seventeen years he had lost his marriage and his two children one taken by Martha his estranged wife the other held captive by death, both still held high in his sorrowful heart. The only solution he found to his depression was in his work. In the city of London there are many criminals lurking about Stanford made it his job to see that all of them put to their graves.
