After returning home from another dimension Peter is back in the swing of things. He embarks on building up his image and become the friendly neighborhood spider-man once more. Things take a turn when Peter encounters the symbiote known as Venom. Now established at the Daily Bugle as a full time editor with his partners Mary Jane and Eddie Brock Peter's life takes another turn as his attitude changes towards those around him as he juggles being Peter Parker and Spider-man.
