Shidora and his life with a harem

Shidora comes from a poor family, and to that he hates. His sister took care of him most of his life. She sadly passed due to a collision with a car and her body. Life hasn't been the same since then. He runs away at a young age but is adopted by another family. Now 17, he finds himself between all these girls that love him equally but, he wants them all so he doesn't disgrace his manlyhood.
