Shaylee's life hadn't been easy ever since she opened her eyes, even when she didn't remember what had happened before the day she woke up in a metal box with a bunch of supplies in it, as it only moved upwards till it finally stopped.

She had waited a little after the box came to a stop, to see if anything else would happen, but nothing.

When finally getting out of it she took in her surroundings which only was grass and trees inside of fours walls.

"Go, Minho, please. I'll be okay."

"No! I'm not leaving you behind!"

Finally getting out of the maze with some of the people that was stuck in there with her, but not everyone, some didn't want to leave, some died while trying, while others didn't even make it to the chopper that was there to rescue them.

Escaping Wicked with a group she didn't know and someone from her maze, they traveled through the Scorch to try and find ghost.

And one thing Shay was never gonna get used to, was watching people die.

What happens during the time in the Scorch?

And what happens when Shay realizes that she isn't immune?
