Jake Sully, a former army commander, and his lovely family moved from Cambodia to San Francisco. After the death of Neytiri's father, the family decided to settle in San Francisco. It was a beautiful city, perfect for the family. However, they don't know anyone within the city. Until, they came across a man named Tonowari at a cafe. 

Tonowari owns a famous hotel company, the gentleman offered the Sully family rooms. Tonowari's wife just so happen to own a school, and asked her to accept new students. 

The Sully life at San Francisco was a fresh new start of life.

Neteyam who was the oldest child of the family, encountered a boy at school, who was at first a nobody, but later on became a piece to his life.

The sully's lives have been through a lot with the attacks of Quaritch and moving homes and being welcomed into the Metkayina. Neteyam is in recovery after being shot during the war, Lo'ak blames himself for his brothers accident but the family doesn't look down on Lo'ak anymore his father sees him and he's less trouble. Kiri has a stronger connection to Eywa, helping to save her mother and sister as well as Aonung and Rotxo. Spider saved Quaritch and Quaritch will be back for revenge on the sully's. Tuk stays close to her mother and Neytiri protects her children while her children are growing and finding their mates with the Metkayina tribe.
