In the grim darkness of the future, there is only war. Our story focuses on Vein, a resident of the lower hive with both his parents recently dead after a Necron attack, only being saved by a Salamander that he ran into named Talos. Now Vein sticks next to Talos as much as he can, even as much as sneaking out of the safe zone just to go with Talos. But soon after a near-death experience, he is brought to a ship and learns his true destiny.
(This is my try at a Warhammer story)

Beyond the Rabbit Hole
Two undefined, incorporeal beings, unfathomable to the human psyche, watch over humanity in a dying world. While they mostly only spectate, they do intervene when someone dies. What I fight for
My Warhammer 40k novel without invincible space marines and allmighty psykers. There is a space marine, pretty pequliar though, and there is a psyker (and bunch of other differernt characters), but it is hard to survive and win in my grim future. I woke up in a galaxy at war in a body that doesn't belong to me, I don't understand how it happened, but I'm in the body of a Necron Overlord in a crumbling tomb, with my dynasty dead and surrounded by enemies on all sides. I don't know where I am, I don't know what my goal is, but I'm sure of one thing, to survive I need to restore the dynasty I'm a part of. Maybe I'll end up creating mine along the way? That only time will tell.
