Kion is exiled from the Pride Lands for 2 months for injuring Kiara after a heated argument which led to a fight. Kion ended up using the Roar on Kiara which knocked her unconscious.

During these 2 months, Kion changed for the worse. He would constantly torture himself for what he did to Kiara. 

Darkness will consume the Pride Lands. And the remaining survivors will be forced to flee to the Tree of Life. A few of Kion's friends and family members will die.
