Y/N Potter is, of course, the sister of Harry Potter, though not exactly destined for greatness like her brother. The curse sent by Voldemort in Godric's Hollow never got the chance to strike Y/N as it hit Harry first, destroying He-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named before he had the chance to strike at her too. However, upon the Dark Lord's return, he finds a very important use for her, causing her to be pulled into Harry's adventures years later. In the meantime, Y/N navigates life in Slytherin house as she learns magic, becomes close with her professors, makes new friends, and discovers her purpose.
This is my first fic (and I'll definitely be embarrassed of this when I'm older) and it's very likely I will go back and edit certain chapters as I go on and I'll let you know if I do!

I'm going from year 1 to the battle of Hogwarts so the romance is obviously going to be a slow burn ;) It's childhood enemies to lovers (or whatever I end it as👀). Everybody is shocked when Olivia arrives at Hogwarts during the 5th year. No one seems to know anything about her, except Dumbledore. And many want to know... Names and characters (except the main character) are taken from JK Rowling's work. I don't own any of them. Nevertheless, the story is my invention. I don't agree with Rowling's homotransphobic views. DISCLAIMER: In this story: Narcissa and Bella are step-sisters and are not blood-related. The only challenges Harry had to face were stealing the Philosopher's Stone from Lord Voldemort and sending his ghost away in the Chamber of Secret. The Three Wizards Tournament didn't involve Barty Crouch Junior at all and everything went well, in fact Cedric didn't die in the last challenge. Sirius was at Azkaban until Harry went to Elementary school, then he was freed by Dumbledore and was sent home; he needed to prove to the Ministry of Magic he was capable of taking care of himself and only after six years he found out about his Godson. Harry has been living at Grimmauld Place with Sirius ever since he went to Hogwarts. Lord Voldemort hasn't risen completely yet. Luna, Ginny and Astoria are all in the same year. Remus works at the Ministry of Magic and comes to visit Sirius once in a while. Olivia, the main character, grew up half with Bellatrix and half with Sirius, but only in the present time he could win the battle with Bellatrix and send Olivia to Hogwarts.
