This is my experience with all types of self harm. Stories that I have heard from others (anonymous and permission was given to use the stories), how to help those in need, how to help yourself, what is self harm, understanding it, inspiration to stop, and this is a completely judgment free zone. All hate will be blocked deleted and reported. Everyone who wants to can tell their story on here or to me privately if they want to be used. (Kik listed in my bio) suggestions are happily accepted and encouraged as long as they are kind and constructive. I am making this to help people understand they are NOT alone in their struggle or pain. There are ways to help yourself and to get better. Please just put the blade, flame, elastic, anything you use to hurt yourself down. Eat some food keep it inside, don't hit yourself, don't hit something hard tonite. Please don't. You can do it darling I know you can. Love and support will be given to those who ask. No one will be denied that.
