Amanda and I have been besties since we were kids and now we are going to the same high school.
One day, while we are at the lockers chatting, I see right next to us a boy who is holding lots of books in his hands and when some of them fall to the ground, I help him pick them up and the moment our eyes meet, I fall for him instantly. While we're both picking up the last few books, our hands touch and we stare at each other for what seems ages and when the bell rings, we both get up and after thanking me again, he heads to class. Right before going there as well, my best friend smiles and she jokingly says that some day that beautiful boy with big, emerald eyes and I will end up together.

I shut my locker and started making my way towards my next class . I was already late and the hallway was almost empty . I picked up my pace . Suddenly a loud thump came from behind me and an immense crushing pain seared through my back . I was slammed in the lockers . I closed my eyes from the sudden contact and pain .
