In the seedy underbelly of Spartanburg, South Carolina, where criminals lurk in the shadows, strippers dance for money, and prostitutes sell their bodies to pay rent, a dangerous game of temptation and morality unfolds.
Detective James Thompson has been working the streets for years, trying to rid the streets of all criminals who wreak havoc in the streets.
