Nineteen-year-old Dana never thought that when the three thousand-year war between her people and the demons ended, she and other fairies would be sent off to the demons as brides.

Not long after arriving at the demons' capital, her fellow "brides" go missing one by one. Determined to find the truth, Dana sneaks into the Demon King's palace. But instead of answers, she gets captured and brought before the Demon King himself. Expecting to be thrown into the dungeon where she'll endure unspeakable torture, the Demon King shocks her, and the other demons, by taking her as his bride.

As she tries to escape her predicament, forces in the shadows will stop at nothing to get their hands on the mystical Phonix's egg that the fairies are concealing.
