"Masquerade at the Edge of Dreams" welcomes you to the Dreamscape, one of the most wonderful and dangerous planes in all the Omniverse.
Written in the form of verses ─for poetry is the only way to make sense of dreams ─ this book introduces the denizens of the living-world lurking beyond the waking hours; constructs of the mind given corporeal forms, embodying the best and the worst things hidden the dark recesses of our selves.
Come and meet them; join the party and choose your path. Within this dance-hall you might find allies, or enemies. Perhaps you will gain untold powers or simply vanish in a dark corner, never to be seen again. Or, if you so choose it, you may simply go alone and enjoy the party in solitude... and safety. But remember, at the end of this long night, whether you find Ascension, Corruption or Liberation, the choice is all yours.

The Ardent and The Bard
Ever wonder where your dreams go when you wake? Imagine if they drifted off, coalescing with the dreams of others to create a constantly shifting realm of imagination and memories. That is the realm that Shade the Scarecrow and Cole the Wanderer set off to explore. What begins as a simple research expedition escalates into a fight for survival and revelation. ---------------------------------- This is a work based on a D&D campaign I ran with my friends for 4 years (though it is not a "campaign journal"). It's part of a series of novellas I wrote for my players to let them know what their characters are up to. Naturally this means that it was written with the intent that the reader was already familiar with the world. I have done my best to adapt the story for new readers and included footnotes for lore that does not outright speak for itself. COMPLETED, next poetry collection coming soon This is a poetry collection that is both ever updating and ever changing. This collection of poetry isn't exactly traditional or ever a solid complete piece of prose, I am ever adding and changing and morphing them into something I feel is better or is more to what I feel suits the character or the emotion I wrote the poem to embody. That being said, this collection has some works alike the past one that I made a few years back that doesn't quite hold up to standard today. I have poems that I have remade and moved into this collection, so If you have come from the previous collection know that if you recognise the theme it's because of that. I created this intended as both a challenge to write some feelings into something productive as-well as to write some inspired works made for a character I made as I wrote the poem or for a event or piece of media I enjoyed. Nothing is ever solid or at least their perspective will change as I write the poem or rewrite it. Turned my life into art
My collection of poems in the past three years which leads to character development. Realistic incidents, illusionary love, hardships, it's quite a journey. Some say I'm unique and some say I'm Raw. Some say my work is relatable and some feel they can relate. That's crazy though, makes me want to be heard. I was quiet as feathers basically my whole life, closed up, antisocial, lost. [THE DAY MY DREAM DIED]
When confronted with an impossible choice, how do you justify your decision? Lise is a dweller, a person who can influence her dreams in a world where dreams are a reflection of humanity's perception. She pursues a pack of nightmare beasts, called fiends, which live in the collective dream and feed off the minds of the vulnerable. Her little sister is hounded by these creatures into running away from home and spreads them wherever she goes like a plague. Lise must find a way to resolve a conflict of motivation. Save the innocent and risk losing her sister or leave the people to their fate in order to reach her in time. Whatever her answer, there is darkness ahead. Her eyes may never again be colored by the dawn. - This story takes place in a world where the day-night cycle spans the rough equivalent of a year. Years are divided into 4 quadrants: the first and fourth are the night quarters, the second and third are when the sun is visible in the sky. This is not explained explicitly in the text.
