Twenty years have passed since the end of the Second World War, the world was slowly returning to normal, the armies of the great powers were retiring their Ritterinnen (Knights in German) and prohibiting any nation in the world from using this technology again, under penalty of of being attacked by the Atlantic Coalition Organization without any warning.
When everyone thought the world would meet peace once again, the Union of Marxists Republics was doing some movements and influences in the world's chess that might escalate to a Third World War.
