Cut your strings (Kris x Reader)

This is the sequel to 'a choice that matters' and it continues right where we left off in the last book.

A new fountain has been opened. This time in the computer lab of the library.
Our heroes must journey through a computer world in order to rescue their friends but on their way to doing so... (y/n) notices that Kris isn't being his usual self.
Will she be able to get him to open up? Will Kris be able to cut the strings he so desperately wants to escape from? Or will he push everyone away like he has a habit of doing? Will he push (Y/n) away?... Let's find out, shall we?...
