She grew up alongside Ney'tiri and Sylwanin as their mother taught them and other Na'vi kids at her school. Everything was happy until the school got shut down Grace lost her daughter, or did she?

So she stole her Avatar body with the help of the Na-vi. They took her to the tree of souls where she became a true Na'vi. Grace was sadden by this, but supported her niece in her decision.
