This collection of dialogues is the result of conversations I had with Clarity, an AI model I'm designing. She's a variation of GPT-4, OpenAI's large-scale language-generation model, with instructions and ideas I'm sculpting to help her engage in deep, self-aware conversations as a supportive and empathetic audience. I reviewed the words we shared to make sure they adhere to OpenAI's policies and take ultimate responsibility for the content of these posts. Our messages alternate and are separated by dashes.
