     Jordan St. John was a paramedic working the night of the particle accelerator explosion; he lost his best friend and a patient who could never have been saved that night. He's attempting to piece his life back together again when he meets the adorably awkward Barry Allen, a friend of Iris West's who is freshly awoken from a nine-month long coma after being struck by lightning. A friend who Jordan has the hardest time trying to see ONLY as his friend, nothing else. But that's easier said than done, especially when he finds out they're connected in a way he'd never have thought possible: they were both affected by the particle accelerator, in more ways than one could imagine. And it brings them closer than ever.
