She Who Is Clever: A Hunger Games Fanfiction

In District 5, set in what was once Southwest North America. lives Finch Crossly aka Foxface. While most of her district is well off, she lives in a poor section of District 5 known as the Barren. Having been taught by her grandfather how to steal and grow food in the desert, she's in for a shock when she gets reaped for the 74th Hunger Games. Estranged from her parents and sister, Finch sees the death sentence as a way to reunite with her deceased grandfather whom she deeply mourns, thinking she has no chance at winning. That is, until she realizes that her natural intellect and stealth give her an advantage over the others. But, not everything is as it seems. This is her story and what would have happened if she'd won.
