sigma,a 20 year old man that lived in Yokohama.He lived a very normal life, well that is until one day he saw someone swept up to the shore with a fatal injury,when he ran up closer he saw that the person did not have legs but fins? he decided to take the merman to his home and deal with the rest later as he cannot leave someone to die like this.
