Christmas Eve, it’s always Christmas Eve. Bare winter trees dotted about the town square glow with festive colour while a trail of small lanterns light the way from the square to the old church up on the hill inviting one and all to join the midnight mass later that evening.

[REWRITING BECAUSE THIS PIECE OF TRASH NEEDS SORTING BEFORE ITS ACTUALLY CHRISTMAS] Lewis hates Christmas. It is the worst time of year. Everyone is in a rush and there is no need. There are other reasons why he hates Christmas so much but he doesn't want to go into detail. Then, while he is sat on the street he meets Henry. Henry is possibly the exact opposite to him. Henry loves Christmas-he thinks it's the best time of year. Henry decides to make it his mission to change Lewis' opinion about Christmas. But he only has twelve hours in which to convince Lewis that maybe Christmas isn't so bad at all.
